Back to School!

It’s that time of year again! Back to school is a fun time for parents, kids, and teachers. It’s the time when parents shop for school supplies and clothes while kids get excited about who their new teacher will be and what they will wear on their first day.This time is also a hard time for those who don’t have the means to provide supplies needed for the school year.

This is where YOU can help! VOLUNTEER! There are many opportunities to aid people in need. Volunteer at a donation drive, like the annual River Region “Stuff The Bus” drive or simply give your time to public service such as the time needed for the “Raised by the Power of 10 Men” event.

Every little bit matters! Be that smiling face and kind, encouraging word a child needs to help start their school year off right! You can be the change in this community!
